Within one year of purchase, we offer free repairs or replacement for any manufacturing defects such as stitching or hardware issues under normal use.
Coverage is confirmed through the serial code assigned to each product.

For wear and tear or accidental damage, we offer paid repair services.
Our team will inspect your item and propose the best repair method tailored to its condition.

Each .DUTY product comes with a unique serial code, registered upon purchase.
This allows us to track ownership and repair history, ensuring continuity of service—even if the item changes hands.

Notice: Application is accepted through this form, but the final cost will be determined after the item arrives and you will be invoiced at that time. Once payment is confirmed, the repair will be performed and your item will be sent back to you.
