1. Returns
返品について
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unopened and in its original condition.
商品到着から14日以内で、未開封・未使用の状態に限り返品を承ります。
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

- The item is unused and in its original packaging
未使用かつ元のパッケージに入っていること - The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
商品到着から14日以内に返品手続きを開始すること - You have a receipt or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for:

2. Cancellations
注文のキャンセルについて
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.
ご注文後24時間以内であればキャンセルを承ります。
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
キャンセルをご希望の場合はお早めにご連絡ください。
3. How to Return an Item
返品方法について
To start a return, please email us at shop@dotd.one with the following:
返品を希望される場合は、以下の情報を添えてメールにてご連絡ください：
- Your order number
注文番号 - Reason for return
返品理由 - Photo(s) if the item is damaged
破損・不良がある場合は写真
Please do not send back any items without contacting us first.
事前連絡なしに商品を返送しないでください。
4. Refunds
返金について
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
返品商品を受領・確認後、返金の可否をご連絡いたします。
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
承認された場合、5〜10営業日以内に元のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
当社の不備による場合を除き、送料は返金対象外です - The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund
返品送料はお客様負担となり、返金額から差し引かれる場合があります
5. Damaged or Defective Items
破損・不良品について
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
商品に破損・不良がある場合は、到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the situation.
状況に応じて、交換・返金・ストアクレジットで対応いたします。
